Review - Mary Abernathy

Dear Romano family:

First off I want to tell you how thrilled I am with my new poolcage!  From start to finish your crew worked very hard together to build my screen enclosure. It was exciting watching them work. You have a great team of professionals who certainly know what they’re doing.

I really appreciated Mr. Pat Romano calling me to set up the start date and approximate time. On the scheduled day of demolition, Chris phoned me to say they were on their way. The team showed up on time. Chris rang my doorbell upon arrival and kept me informed all along the way.  I was asked if it were ok to park the trailer in my driveway.. I was told it was going to be noisy, lol, as they tore down my old poolcage.

The crew arrived the next day (morning) as promised to install the new poolcage. They worked hard yet made it look so easy. Joey invited me outside to take photos. I had been taking photos through the window so I wouldn’t be in the way. He told me to come on out. He also answered any questions I had.  I felt very comfortable as they all made me feel part of your family.

Courteous, respectful, hardworking professionals you have working for you. They made the job look effortless and left my property so clean. Upon leaving, one worker noticed a crushed up water bottle floating in my pool. I told him it was ok and that I would get it. He insisted and retrieved the water bottle. I was very impressed how clean they worked. It shows they take pride in what they do.

Overall, I am beyond happy with my new screen enclosure. The price was very reasonable and the quality of work outstanding!! Thank you Romano Aluminum for taking pride in providing the best quality, care and customer service around.
